Once a writ is executed the unit needs to be emptied, cleaned and back on the market quickly. We handle the whole turn: remove and haul abandoned belongings and trash, clear appliances and fixtures, then complete a move-out level clean so the unit can be photographed and listed.

Most single units are cleared and cleaned within one to two business days of access. Tell us your listing date and we schedule the work to hit it.

Documentation for Your File

We photograph the unit before removal, produce an inventory of items that may need to be stored under Colorado landlord-tenant requirements, and send after photos once cleaning is complete. If the former tenant disputes anything, your file is already complete.

Keys, locks and access are coordinated with your leasing team or on-site manager, and we work quietly, since neighboring tenants are still living there.
