Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote from or book cleaning service with Hello Clean & Company.

Quotes And Pricing

Online estimates are based on the details you provide. Standard cleaning is billed at $50 per hour per cleaner and deep or move-out cleaning at $60 per hour per cleaner. Final cost can change if the home is larger, or in heavier condition, than described. We tell you before we adjust anything.

Scheduling And Access

You are responsible for providing access to the property, working water and power, and a safe work environment. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.

Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be charged a portion of the service total to cover the reserved crew time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we will come back and correct it at no cost. The guarantee covers the scope of the service that was booked.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing for commercial accounts. Recurring and commercial contracts are invoiced per the schedule in that agreement.

Limits

We are licensed and insured. We do not move heavy furniture, handle biohazard or mold remediation, or clean exterior surfaces unless that work is listed in your quote.
