Commercial work is custom facility pricing, quoted as a flat monthly rate rather than an hourly rate. Your rate is built from facility type, cleanable square footage, service frequency, and complexity factors like restroom count, floor types, glass, kitchens or breakrooms, and after-hours access.
Starting monthly estimates are $500 for once-weekly service, $850 for twice weekly, $1,200 for three times weekly, and $1,800 for five times weekly. Larger or more complex Nevada facilities are quoted custom after a walkthrough.
No. Square footage is one input we use to scope labor, but the final number you receive is a monthly service rate for a defined scope, so your invoice is the same predictable amount each month.
