What Happens on a Nevada Commercial Cleaning Walkthrough

Any commercial cleaning company can give you a number over the phone. It will be wrong. Facilities differ in restroom count, floor surfaces, glass, kitchens, traffic, and access hours, and those differences decide how much labor your building actually needs. A walkthrough is a short visit that turns guesswork into a real monthly rate.

How long it takes

Most Henderson and Las Vegas walkthroughs take 20 to 40 minutes. Larger multi-building or multi-site portfolios take longer, and we can split them across visits.

What we look at

Cleanable square footage rather than gross leased area, restroom count and fixture count, floor surfaces and their care requirements, entries and glass, breakrooms and kitchens, trash volume and dumpster location, specialty spaces like exam rooms or locker rooms, and anything that needs periodic rather than weekly attention.

What we ask you

Your cleaning window and whether we work after hours, access and alarm details, who our point of contact is, what your current pain points are, and what your team will keep doing versus what you want handled. That last question saves money more often than people expect.

How your rate is built

Nevada commercial work is custom facility pricing, quoted as a flat monthly rate. Starting monthly estimates are $500 for once-weekly service, $850 for twice weekly, $1,200 for three times weekly, and $1,800 for five times weekly. Complexity factors, restrooms, floor types, glass, kitchens, and after-hours access, move the number from there. We do not bill per square foot.

What you receive afterward

A written scope and monthly rate, usually within one business day for standard facilities and two for larger portfolios. Scope means a task list by frequency, so you know exactly what happens weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

How fast service starts

Once scope and rate are approved, most Nevada accounts start within three to five business days. Urgent starts are often possible depending on crew availability and the hours you need covered.
