Offices, Gyms, Clinics and Warehouses: How Nevada Scope Differs

Two Las Vegas buildings can be identical on paper and take twice the labor apart. Facility type drives frequency, task list, and crew size more than raw square footage does. Here is how we scope the buildings we service most across the valley.

    Offices and suites

The drivers are restroom count, breakrooms, desk density, and glass. Most offices do well on two or three visits a week with restrooms and trash daily-equivalent, floors and dusting on rotation, and quarterly detail work on vents and interior glass.

    Gyms and fitness studios

Traffic, moisture, and contact surfaces set the pace. Equipment wipe-downs, turf and rubber flooring, locker rooms, showers, mirrors, and high-touch points usually need daily or near-daily service. Ventilation and odor control matter as much as visible dirt.

    Medical and dental offices

Scope is defined with your practice: exam and treatment rooms, restrooms, reception, and high-touch surfaces, using appropriate products with manufacturer-recommended contact times. Rooms are worked in a set order, and supplies stay separated between clinical and common areas.

    Property management and common areas

Lobbies, halls, elevators, mail rooms, fitness rooms, and pool restrooms. Resident-facing spaces reward frequency; a five-visit week on common areas reads as a better-run property than a deep clean once a month.

    Apartment turnovers

Turnovers are project work, not recurring work. Appliances inside and out, cabinets, tracks, baseboards, and floors, scheduled around move-out dates and typically finished within 24 to 48 hours of unit release so leasing is not held up.

    Retail and restaurants

Storefront glass, entry floors, restrooms, dining rooms, and back-of-house. Almost always before opening or after close, and often seven days a week in high-traffic corridors.

    Warehouses and industrial

Breakrooms and restrooms carry the load, with office areas on a normal rotation and shop floors handled on a frequency that matches your operation. Scope has to account for equipment, safe access, and shift schedules.

    Post-construction

Built around your punch list and inspection dates: dust from every surface including ledges and vents, window and track cleaning, sticker and residue removal, then final floors. Crew size is set by your target date.
